Serving as president of DARTON GROUP Consulting before North Highland, Rochelle is an expert in sourcing highly experienced finance, accounting and project management professionals. If engaging clients into large-scale transformation wasn’t enough, Rochelle spends her own time as a business and community leader, giving back to the Charlotte region where she lives and serving on the executive teams of several leading local and national non-profits.

When Elizabeth isn’t running North Highland’s Financial Services arm, she’s turning back time with historical biographies or golfing.
